When i came to Australia i was making sauerkraut for a few friends here, then i met Adam, he was such a health enthusiast, and was like, 'let's take this to the next level'. Peace, Love and Vegetables started in a caravan next to Belongil fields, it was a stinky caravan (because of the fermentation).

We are very passionate about health, and that is the driving force behind everything we do. The the number one thing that we hold in upmost importance is harmony.
